Hi, I’m Victoria.
Speaking Twitter Instagram Email
I’m a podcast and event host, community architect and the founder of Glint - a practice dedicated to designing interdisciplinary collaboration systems.
After building communities for ten years, I started researching how communities interact and how information and energy flows between them. What if, instead of thinking of communities as small clusters, we started looking at the creative and tech world as a big, super-connected system, a macro-community?
Glint was born from a desire for amplification, celebration, reach. It’s about magnifying the impact companies and individuals can have by connecting them to the right piece of information, advice or opportunity. Glint helps friends and clients connect to what matters most. Talent. Advice. Partners. Investors. Collaborators. In an increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, we need to actively participate in and design the broader systems we are part of.
I have had the chance to work with some good people from the BBC, Techstars, EY, Microsoft Ventures, Hyper Island, Mother, Your Majesty and the Victoria & Albert museum.
I’m also a proud On Being and RSA Fellow, adviser to Second Home and mentor at Techstars, Escape the City and Out Of Office Hours. In my free time, I host CreativeMornings London and my podcast The Work We Do.
If you'd like to chat, drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you.
“Eventually everything connects - people, ideas, objects. The quality of the connections is the key to quality per se.”
